UPLOAD PHOTOS ON YOUR FACEBOOK, TWITTER

For there bast years people do fined it hard to uploas photos on there facebook and twitter
here comes another good and easy way todo it but you only have yo flow this step below
for  twitter navigate to the gear icon in the top-right of your Twitter.com page and then select "Edit profile."
Then, from the menu on the left, click "Design" and scroll to the bottom. Under "Customize your own," you'll now notice that your header defaults to a gray box. now you should upload your own image,

note: make sure that the minimum dimensions is 1252x626 also make sure that the file size are not more than 5MB.
you will have to click the save botten to save the changes that appear instantly,
now you will see the new profiles, photo streams will appear below your most recent tweets . To view them, swipe through the stream and tap the thumbnail to view them in full-screen.

For the one of Facebook flow the steps below

1. Tap the    Photo button
2. Choose an existing photo or take a photo
3. Tag the photo and tap next
4. In the "Say something about this" screen, tap the photo
5. Pick Choose From Library or Take Photo
6. Repeat

Note: You can also remove photos from the post by tapping any photo and taping
